Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the UK. We don't have confirmed plans for international shipping yet, but it's something we may consider as we grow — follow us on Instagram @inspiredcreativegifts for any updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Personalised orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered via Royal Mail within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day at no extra cost; orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are processed the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated on order value: £2.78 for orders £6.99 and under, £4.15 for £7.00–£14.99, and £5.24 for £15.00–£39.98.

How does personalisation work?

Add your wording in the boxes provided at checkout. Before your item goes into production, we'll send you an emailed mockup to confirm everything is correct — please check spelling, dates and formatting carefully at that stage.

I've made a mistake with my personalisation — can I fix it?

Contact us via our contact page as soon as possible — personalised items go into production quickly once confirmed, so we can't guarantee a change is possible, but we'll always do what we can.

Can I return a personalised item if I change my mind?

Because personalised items are made to order specifically for you, they aren't eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged. If anything arrives wrong, damaged, or faulty, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
